My husband and I recently bought a mattress from here and our experience has been great our sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were told it could take 3 weeks to get the mattress and it actually came in a week!! But I must say the delivery was above and beyond and I’m disappointed I did not get the gentleman’s name but he deserves employee of the month! When the sales rep called to tell us the bed was in we could only do 2 pm or after for delivery due to our work schedules and I’m grateful that the rep arranged this for us. When the day came the delivery arrived at 1:30 pm and I had my father go to the house and meet them but he would not be able to let them in. My father told the delivery guy that his son-in-law (my husband) would be home in 45 minutes 2 to 2:15 pm as we stated and the NICE gentleman stayed at our residence with my dad until my husband got home and helped him get it inside and set it up so that we knew how to operate it, then hauled off our old one! We were the last stop of the day and this gentleman absolutely did not have to wait 45 minutes for my husband to get home but he did and that is exceptional customer service! Less
